  • Gradopedia (undisclosed) – investors were not disclosed
  • MasteryConnect ($4,500,000) – investors include Catamount Ventures, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, the Dell Foundation, Pelion Ventures, and Trinity Ventures
  • Formative ($2,000,0000 – investors include the Jefferson Education Accelerator
  • Panopto ($5,000,000) – investors include Sterling Partners and Square 1 Bank

Acquisitions include Performance Matters (acquired by Weld North), GL Education (acquired by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners), WebAssign (acquired by Cengage), Astute Technology (acquired by Echo360)
